Tabletop Exhibit Space Rules and Regulations

Online Exhibitor Registration

Each exhibitor receives an 8' x 10' space. Each space includes:

  • Chair
  • 6' draped table

Note: All display items must be able to fit within the allotted 8' x 10' space.



Exhibit Move-In

  • Monday – Afternoon

Exhibit Times

  • Tuesday – During Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch, & Afternoon Break
  • Wednesday – During Breakfast, Morning Break, & Lunch

Exhibit Tear-Down

  • Wednesday – Afternoon



  • Backdrop displays are allowed.
  • Logo draping over the table is permitted.
  • Any additional services such as electrical service will be at the expense of the exhibitor.
  • *Space is limited

Note: Each exhibit representative agrees to abide by these regulations. The on-site AWS staff person shall have the right to enforce these regulations and may shut down any exhibit that does not comply with our rules & regulations, exhibitor will not receive a refund.
