The timbrens work really good and you don't have to worry about an air supply.  I put a set on a buddies truck that was towing a three car hauler trailer and he loved them.

Does anyone have a picture of these Timbrens? And how hard are they to put on?
Thanks,
Tamper
Parent - - By Root Pass (***) Date 12-23-2008 02:26
They are easy to put on. You can do it in less than 30 min with two different wrenches.

Hey pyplnr/tigman is that the welder you bought from cactus at brady so you could get on the job as a welder or was it a cwi? Still not working I see ,at least get some practice with that machine so you don't bust next test, good luck next year!     GO STEELERS AND PENS
Parent - - By pypLynr (***) Date 12-23-2008 00:44 Edited 12-23-2008 01:02
Ya know , your a cocky bastard ... do you even know how to use a welder or did you read up on it ?  I'd be willin' to bet your a yank ... aren't ya ?  Well , where I'm from , those who can ... DO     - those who can't ... runeth off at the mouth @ those who can . Callin' them like I see 'em !  Why don't you crawl back under your rock  from which you came  and mingle with paracytes  of your own kind .
Parent - By pypLynr (***) Date 12-23-2008 01:05 Edited 12-23-2008 01:09
Whats a matter Smooth Operator,  cat got your tongue now ?  Look, I know its not fair to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person but you started it . LOL  Aw,  did I hurt your feelings ? LMAO
Parent - - By Smooth Operator (***) Date 12-23-2008 01:17
pyplnr/tigman  Just trying to refresh my memory, wasn't it you who rolled into town with a 1/2 ton and lawnmower engine welder, bought a sa-200 from cactus, gave people there a huge line of B.S. then busted test then cried about cactus screwing you on forum.  ALSO banned from brady jobsite? And I'm cocky?  You sure your not related to sourdough who's crying about other people working in HIS territory on another thread? Wannabes can spot'em a mile away.    GO PENS AND STEELERS
Parent - - By pypLynr (***) Date 12-23-2008 01:51
YOUR ABSOLUTELY  RIGHT ... WE CAN SPOT 'EM A MILE AWAY ! AND THE CROSS HAIRS ARE ON YOU ! See , my info isn't hidden on this forum ...do you have something to hide ? Do you even know where TX is ... its the BIG state south of the Red River !  BTW , what do you do for a living ... insurance ... grocery store manager ... oh , welding supply counter person ? You can't even turn on a machine but you can sell them , right ? LOL   LMAO !!!  You probably drive an '81 chevy citation  and the air doesn't work and you bought a Lincoln Weldpak from Home Depot and now you think you are a welder !  You probably live in an efficiency apartment near an El. train and your landlord is ALWAYS on your case about something !  Right ?   Well , partner , I'm debt free and have a '06 Dodge 2500 Cummins- paid for , a '03 Dodge 3500 Cummins(in the pic )- paid for ,  a SA-200 welder - paid for , 95% of all the needed tools of my trade - paid for , etc.  So , tell me , tell all of us what do you do for a living ? Please inlighten us 'dumb a$$ back woods country boys ' .

pyplynr/tigman    Not very observant, if you would read more than you talk you would know my background from other posts on this forum. Once again another guy who thinks he's a psychic, sure you aren't related to sourdough? ( he seems to of quit post'n after his B.S. was called out by the more observant people on this forum) Signing off have to get up early and start making my rounds to wish my crews a Merry Xmas.     P.S. GO STEELERS AND PENS.

Im from Northern Michigan where all the citations have rusted away! Now im in Arkansas. Am I a Yank?
Parent - - By pypLynr (***) Date 12-23-2008 17:49
I don't know ... are you ? There IS a difference between being a yank and being from the north .
Parent - - By jim parker (**) Date 12-23-2008 19:37
Thats what I was getting at!  Not trying to start anything. I've learend alot from this forum and i hope everyone can work out there differences and keep sharing their info! Thats all.
Parent - - By pypLynr (***) Date 12-23-2008 20:34
Me too , buddy . I didn't come to this forum for smack talk either . I came to learn and share and for friendship with like - minded welders . Sometimes people can't help how they act towards others because they didn't learn proper manners when growing up . Thats not their fault , either . But , becoming an adult they should have learned through public interaction how to treat others .  Some people like to throw jabbs and try to keep a argument going and fluster others at the same time when , actually , they need to mind their OWN business  and realize that the info they are trying to stir up is  water under the bridge and is history . There is no hard feelings from me towards Cactus and hopefully there isn't from him ... but if there is ... oh well . I consider my self a professional and Cactus is a professional also . We can disagree and still move on with our lives and as far as I know we can still be civil to one another . People like Smooth Operator don't have anything better to do then to stroke a dead fire . LOL

Parent - By pypLynr (***) Date 12-24-2008 03:15
Ok ,
At the bottom of your reply , there is an 'attach' icon . click it - it will take you to a different window. In that window click the 'browse' icon... it will take you to your documents ... there is where you pick your pics from your pictures- and then click your selected pic. It will show the pic # in the file box... click the 'open' icon. It will take you back to the 'browse' window. Click the 'upload' icon ... and there it goes.  If you want your pic to be seen in you reply box ... click the 'toggle' icon.    I think that is how it goes. Try that .

FINALLY !! I got a couple of days to myself and I put my ole' bed on my rig .  I plan on finishing the wiring on the lights tomorrow .  It came off of a 1983 chevy CC and I worked it onto my 2003 dodge dually . I really like the fenders... they make it look mean .  What do you guys think ?  I know its an old bed and the paint is fallin' off , but it won't look that way for too long . My buddy is gonna squirt some black on  the bed and the truck !

Hello pypLynr, looks pretty good, you're right though, it'll look better yet with some paint on it. Nice and short, should allow for some pretty good manuevering in those tight spots. Have fun and enjoy your new set-up. Best regards, Allan

Thanks , Allan .  Its a work in progress  .  I have a friend who paints race cars and drag boats and he is gonna work his magic on it as soon as I'm done with the fab work .

Got some Democrats here trying to outlaw your lady cut outs on the side -- she says!   "I personally am tired of explaining to my 11-year-old son why they (women) are depicted on mudflaps , but not all women are 36Ds. He's very confused by that," Ulmer said. "But seriously, this is about family values -- what are we going to send out as a message to our children."
Like they don't have any thing else to do if he is confused by that the real word is going to be hell.

Hey PATG, What kind of spray on bed liner is on your bed?
Parent - - By patg (**) Date 01-16-2009 13:14
i dont realy remember a local shop sprayed it for me it only cost about 600.00
been on there about 2 years i could call and find out if you need to know
Parent - By RatherBHuntin (**) Date 01-17-2009 01:55
No, not a big deal. Just was thinking about doing it to my bed. The thing is, I've seen some spray on liners after a year or two turn milky looking. But yours doesn't look like that.
