I don't have any pics, but I did build 3 commercial units for some friends in the catering business. These are thermostaticly controlled, propane fired, insulated units that have a box for hardwood to provide smoke. Not rotisire units, 3 shelves. Top for baked potatoes [hot] middle for pigs & chickens [same level as the thermostat] bottom for smoked baked beans. I built 3 different sizes from about 2'x3' to 3'x6' cooking racks. These were built in the early '90s, in use every summer untill this one. They made a living using them. If this is what You are interested in PM Me.
