Using the keyword search often brings up a few irrelevant conversations to weed though, but the info in this archive is immense.

This is a good place to start.

Go to this link, click on the user guide link, then go to Annex B. https://www.aws.org/Certification-and-Education/Professional-Certification/Senior-Certified-Welding-Inspector/?step=1

There is a note there that as of current status, AWS does not provide any live or online classes for SCWI.  BUT, it does provide a list of recommended study references for your use. 

If you go to other organizations websites I believe you will find a couple that do provide classes for achieving SCWI standing.
