Got a 205, (gear driven), trans case mated to a newer turbo 400. Low mileage on the drivetrain. Came out of an 82 Chevy 4x4 1 ton. What's it worth? Dana 70 rear, complete???

Putting it in a 76 camper special, (8400gvw), hopefully next week. Had the plow guy come over for 2 hours last week after 16" of snow the night before. It looked like so damn much fun, I just gotta get a plow now!

Well, I told my wife that when we had a kid we'd need 2 babysitters. One for me and one for the kid!!

Me too Bill.....

Sourdough, your toys sound like a lot of fun. We finally received some frozen weather this past weekend...wasn't much but a wintery mixed bag, but it's a start. I'm still waiting for those big snow falls like we had when I was a kid, so I can take my kids over to the farm and do some serious sledding. We used to take a old car hood and load it up with cinderblocks, pull it behind the tractor and pack down some long tracks. Build a big fire at the top to get warm by to thaw out after the long walk back up that hill.

I've got a.d.d. in a big way. If I couldn't keep my life interesting, I'd jump off a cliff!

I remember some of the funnest times when I was a kid was when we had record snow. I think of snow like a blanket. I love waking up with the sun beaming through the windows, and seeing a vast expanse of just white.

I especially love blowing through virgin powder on a snowbound crotch rocket, (Polaris Vertical Escape). -  or  - getting a good, fast run on a pair of Rossignals, with enough snow packed in your beard at the bottom to cool off your beer!!!!
