I need help interprating a weld symbol from a print developed in Europe. There must be a standard... but I do not know what it is.

Symbols are covered in Euronorm standard EN 22553 "Welded, brazed and soldered joints - Symbolic representation on drawings" and also ISO 2553.

You can order them from the BSI and they will then be in english. (British standards)
