We have had a number of glitches over the years, but with our newer computers it seems to work acceptably.  It's not an overly user friendly program, so if anyone is thinking about it, they would be advised to look elsewhwere.

That said, I found Lincoln's responsiveness very good.  We haven't had any problems for two or three years, but the last time we did, I was told that even though they discontinued the product, they would still provide tech assist if needed.
