Those who can weld a beer can to a ceder pole, see if you can fix this.

feed it beans. with that much access to the ignition source (sparks) and the open ended  uncontrolled combustable material storage facility (butt) i think that the mixture will take care of itself.

dont they have drug testing on the job, that looks like a bad crack problem

mix up some fiberglass resin, dip the fiberglass cloth in it but dont get it soaked with the resin, lay a thin layer of resin in and around the crack lay the firberglas soaked in resin onto the crack let dry for 24 hours sand with 80 grit paer to get the rough spots out and then mix up some bondo not to rich as to prevent bleed back smear bondo on to fiberglass let set 4 hours then sand with 36 grit paper then smooth out w 80 grit paper then sand with 180 grit paper to smooth out the 80 grit sand marks then mix up some neutral primer and spary the primer on to the smoothed surface let dry for 4  hrs then wet sand with 320 grit paper finishing the sanding wet with 400 grit paper mask off the appropriate areas and apply peach colored paint to surface and product will be good as new
