For years we have used A, B, C and now I have heard of D Welders.  Is there any criteria for how these are rated?  With the shortage of skilled welders we are bringing in a lot of people to train and we are looking for some guidance on what it takes to be a certain skill (ie pay scale).  Any Ideas??
