Welding tee(high carbon steel) 200 mm zigzig root run is done by TIG,On which MAG weld carried out keeping torches in 45 deegre opp side, Welding came perfect wherever tig tacks are & porosity came in non tack area.what is the main cause. gap is about 0.5mm to 0.8mm between fit up.
