Minimum distance between welds

Could someone tell me where can i find in D1.1 or D1.5 the minimum distance between two parallel welds for butt joints? Thanks in advance

in D1.1 2006,
5.22.3.1(Girth Weld Alignment;Tubular) give the minimum distance between 2 girth welds.
2.8.1.2(minimum overlap).
by readind 2.2(2.2.1 through 2.2.5) i can notice that dictance betwen welds wil be given on the contract plans and specifications. and any specific engineer 's requirement shall be designated in the contract documents.(I think the minimum ditance between welds is also concerned).
but if you finaly find more precision, please let us share the information.
