In the following specifications

Equal TEE - ASTM A234, WPB 
Weld-o-let - ASTM A105N
Elbow - 90 degree LR, ASTM A234, WPB
Flange - WN, RF, A105N, 150#

What is this A234 stands for
What is this WPB stands for
In weld-o-let and Flanges, what is this A105N stands for.

A234 is the material specification.  It is an ASTM number.  If you see SA234, you will know it is an ASME number (because of the addition of the "S").  The A is a broad grouping indicating ferrous materials.

WPB is the grade of material within the A234 material specification.  In many specifications there are more than one grades of material.  This is pretty typical.

A105 is another ASTM material specification.  I have not seen this specification listed as A105N, but I have seen A105M, indicating units are also listed in the meteric system format.  However, when A105 is follwed by "N", it does indicate the material was normalized during fabrication.

A234 is a wrought steel (thats why your fitting) specification. If memory serves (I don't have the spec handy) WPB (the WP being a spec prefix) is Grade B carbon steel. WPA would be Grade A (based upon carbon content) carbon steel, etc.
A105 is a forged spec. Hence, O-lets, flanges etc.
