/ A-514 GR-B T-1 and A-514 GR-B HRS is there a difference?

I know the HRS stands for hot rolled steel, but on some of the material spec call out's it's saying t-1 after the gr-b and HRS on others.

I'm not sure what the HRS means.
T-1 is a trade name for A514 Gr B which is a quenched and tempered high strength steel.

HRS stands for hot rolled steel. Also are there different types of A-514 GR-B (T-1) Like a type A and a type B.
