My first question is "Does the gasoline tank meet the DOT Spec 5 "B" specification? " If it does not meet this specification, I do not believe it can be transported after it is first charged with fuel (unless it if cleaned and certified "gas free" by a "Gas Free Engineer"). I had a gasoline /Oxygen cutting set up back in the early 80's (I thing it was Petrogen) and I narrowly avioded the hefty 14F violations in a DOT road stop.

If the unit is not used on a portble basis, this caveat does not apply.
