Where can I get the standard size for pipe fittings like, Elbow, TEE, Reducers etc etc

I believe thats a multi part question. the ASME B16 series, ASME B36 series, and the MSS standards.

Not sure the exact info sought, but you could try your pipe supplier for reference material; wall poster listing the NPS' and the corresponding thickness in inches and mm's according to the pipe shedule.

Get to know a pipe fittings manufacturer, like Taylor Forge in the USA or Conforja here in Brazil, and write a letter to them asking a copy of their catalog. You'll find there all the information you need.
