For welder qualification and wps, Is it essential the brand name of wire for welder and wps tests?

No. Just the AWS classification and specification numbers, such as AWS A5.20 and E71T-8. A listing like this would cover wires from Lincoln (NR 232) and ESAB (Coreshield-8)

Thanks for reply but ın table 4.6 item 5 says ''A change in the manufacturer or the manufacturer's brand name or type of
electrode''  for fcaw.

Correct.  But Table 4.6 only applies to procedure qualification, not welder qualification, and it only applies when Charpy V-Notch (CVN) testing of the base metal is required.

Sims thanks for help thanks I understand it my base material required CVN test. for welder qualification ok I dont have to use same wire.
