I just picked up an older Linde optical eye cutting table.  The machine did not have any manuals for it.  It does not have the right light bulbs in it, therefore will not trace a line as well as it should.  I went to the auto parts store looking at all of the 12v lights that would fit in the holders and was unable to get something that was bright enough to do the job.  I'm reasonably sure that the lighting is the problem because if I hold a flash light on the print as the eye travels and it works fine.

Anybody else here have one of these and able to give me some help?
