With all due respect, please inform me about HIC & SSC Test on the pipe,also I want to know what is the complete name of these test,so inform me for each type of pipe material these test are required?

HIC: Hydrogen Induced Cracking
SSC: Sulfide Stress Cracking

Sounds like you have a spec that has invoked NACE requirements. For HIC its Nace TM 02-84 (the only HIC test I know of). For SSC its NACE TM 01-77.
