What is the best consumable to use when welding a C22 Flange to a 316L Tube and where would I get this info for future reference.

The ERNiCrMo-10, which is the matching filler for C22 to C22, can also be used to weld C22 to 316L.  There are other nickel alloy filler that would be alternates, such as ERNiCrMo-4.  The 300 series stainless fillers would not be recommended.

I think I would go with the NiCrMo-4 if welding C22 to a 300 series. I've qualified that combination with some success in the past.
