Asuming 2,000 hours worked a year that is a difference of $30,000. How much will it cost You to match the union benifits?

$40 an hour as a contractor is probably about equal to $25 as an employee. Stop and think about taxes and all th eextras one is responsible for as a contractor, to me personally, its an easy equation.
