dubai or gulf possibilities

Could anyone relate any info on the job market for welding positions in the Dubai or the gulf area. I realize it is a broad question but some personal experience would be great. Also middle east or wherever lucrative jobs might be found, outside of continental north America.

Try Chicago Bridge and Iron. They do a lot over there and post openings on their website, but you have to be a Journeyman in their union I think.
