I apologize for the miscommunication within my office with my employees. I have asked that UPS also give you a call to explain there loss of your carb shipment. The charges for the new carb will be credited to you if full. Do not spend anytime or money shipping the original carb that was sold with your machine back to me. I don not what to waste anymore of your time.

Again I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication.

can you tell me if something is wrong on the remote the box gets pretty hot and half way thur a rod the arc stops and have to restart

It sounds like a bad connection (getting hot) on the rheostat. As it heats up you lose connection and the arc drops out. Check the rheostat and replace. M5090-C $62.00.

Is this on your new remote? Where are you laying the box while you weld? If all the internal connections and components look good then I will look at it while you wait when you come thru OKC to test in Tulsa next week.

Our shop will be closed Friday Oct 5, flying to Washington State.
