I have a Miller Spectrum 700 air plasma cutter with a ICE 50 torch on it. when you take the retaining cup off , the tip & electrode out and remove the swirl ring there is a brown plastic looking piece left just above the threads for the cup. this piece is not supposed to come off. if it comes off then it is broke & you have to buy a new torch head @$310 canadian for the third time! has this happened to anyone?is there any cheap fix?
