Problem : Try to put in operation a microplasma machine.
Equipment : Weldlogic Plasma console - PT 10a with torch Oerlikon MP5-21 ( max. 45 Amps)
Experience : robotic (micro) TIG for specialty welds (Weldlogic computerized AWS150 ). No skilled person nearby for plasma.
Request : need a microplasma handbook with practical advice, e.g. electrode sharpening angle, minimum flow rate to avoid double arcing, in relation with current intensity and nozzle orifice, other useful tips and tricks.
