Does any one have experience with fusion welding of boiler tubes. During an outage I had a situation where some of these welds actually broke in two in the the center.It looked like complete LOF .The material is SA 213  T11 P4 joined to SA213 TP347 P8.These welds are 25 years old.
Where can I get info on fusion welding of tubes in general ?
