I'm looking for a starting point for developing weld procedures for welding 2 1/8" thick SA533-A Class2 steel. This is classified as a P3 material group by ASME. I want to weld this material using the SAW process. Does anyone have any recommendations or an experience welding this material, which they are willing to share?
