Is a Lincoln SA200 Pipeliner too heavy to ride in the bed of a Ford F250?

No its not but you might want to add air bags or springs for the sag.

i use to haul my 200 2 sets of bottles an oxy bottle rack a full width tool box loaded to the gills 150lbs of rods all the tools i could possibly need in a 99 2500 gmc ext cab and never added spirngs or air bags yes it sagged a lil but so does my 2004 dodge 3500 dually. Put a piece of 1/8inch plate on your tail gate you'll need a table and theres no room to haul it after you load it down
