Does a test on pipe  in 6G position welded from one side only without backing and backgouge qualify a plate welding from one side only without backing and without backgouge in all positions? (Without change of essential variables)

I would say yes.  A welder qualification test on pipe also qualifies for plate. See table 4.10.  (Within the thickness range qualified)

My question was referred to a welding procedure. I think that if I qualify a welding procedure according to section 4 of the code in pipe (6G position),  I didn´t need to qualify a new procedure for welding in plate because I´m not changing any essential variable of table 4.5 of  section 4 of D1.1.

I also agree you do not need to qualify a new procedure for plate - ref. table 4.1
