For those of you that spend a lot of time in the field, gone for weeks and months at a time, how do you track your expenses?  Do you save receipts, mail them home, send them to an accountant, etc?  I've read several posts on here about guys' rigs burning up in the field or getting stolen, how do you guys maintain and protect your financial records?
