Based on fume measurements from TIG welding 4130 steel, I would like to ballpark expected fume levels from TIG welding 7005 aluminum in a similar setup -- same booth, same ventilation, same machine, same welder, very similar joint geometry. (Other process parameters will differ to suit the metals.) Experience or ideas?
