i am welder in big oil company, having problems with my supervisor about the WPS.

i asked always for WPS for each single job , but the said to me u r trublemaker
u dona've to ask????????????????
when we ask you to do, u have to!!!!!!!!!

they are old minded, they dont know any **** about WPS, when they look at any kind of steel, they decided the type by geussing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

shall i obey them?shall i kick thier asses, not to work unless procedured?

Your request is valid however in your situation, as unfortunate as it seems, it might be them kicking your axx and not the other way around.  If you find an Inspector for your job, you can be helped by the Inspector, but refusing to work will only get you terminated... even if you're the one who is correct.
