I just bought this welder from a old operator that used it to weld on a backhoe . I got the ser. # of and it is A192777 code 974. Guy said that it makes power on the 110 outlet but wouldn't weld and never investigated it ! hasn't ran in 8 years but isn't bad shape at all motor turns and is complete ,said he always stared with some batteries in series and it has no crank with it . Were should I start or is it worth starting on? Oh ya the dials are stuck in place from rust .
