sooner or later you'll need 4x4

you might be on a dirt road in the winter with a foot of snow all over...not the place you wanna be with 2wd!

it depends on who you talk to, I got a 4x4 rightneow but just bought another truck to rig up thats 2wd. I hardly ever use 4wd and if I do sometimes it too late

Personal experience, just driving around the city and whatnot in the winter with all season tires makes me glad that I drive a Truck with 4 wheel drive.

For that reason, if you drive a 2 wheel drive Vehicle in the winter, make sure you have winter tires...

If you run around with 2wd, make lots of freinds with 4wd. Here in Colorado 4wd is worth the added expense. Plus the resale value on the truck will be significantly higher with 4wd.
