Hi everyone i have just went for a mig plate test for vertical up butt weld on 12mm plate i thought the piece would have went through no problem but failed for lack of fusion at the start stop on the root half way up the plate can you offer me any advice so it wont happen again the rest of the weld was perfect i reckon
