Weld Mechanics

Dear friends:
I need some documents or books in Weld Mechanics like: Residual stresses, Distortion, Flame Forming.
Somebody told me that the best book in this subject is: Analysis of Welded Structures, but I can not find this book in north America, anyhow I need your help.

Consider the ASM handbook, possibly Vol. 6. However preview before purchase as the ASM handbooks are very expensive.

Hi Lawrence:
I have this book, but this book is approximately like the welding handbook vol.2, just discreption for the welding processes.
That subject in book called: Analysis of welded structures, which I can not know where can I find it!!!

I have analysis of welded structures. It is an older book but has some really great material. You can buy the book from the Lincoln Arc Welding Foundation. Look for their website on a search engine.

I did not see Analysis of Welded Structures on the Lincoln Foundation website. But they do have Design of Welded Structures, which is also a very good book and only $15. Here's the link:
