I find myself employed in what I reluctantly term a very "backward" country. 

I'm wanting to assist my contractors with educational materials to help further their (nearly non-existent) welding inspection program, but I'm doing so only for the love of our field and am unfortunately not funded to buy any materials.

So, a call to the educators to see if you may be willing to share any electronic format information which I can use to help me get something started?  I've written AWS Education and AWS Executive Director hoping to get some assistance but it seems my point might have been missed!

Any kind souls out there in the educational field?
