Is it going to hold true that there will be about 200,000 welders short by the year 2012?????? If it true what are they going to do about it???? Or what can they do about it???

if the shortage isn't met, they'll find people from other countries who would be glad to weld for $12/hr.

down at the one of the shipyards here in Tampa they have 3 bus loads of mexican types who show up for day shift AND THEN another 3 busses for the night shift! the shortage is here...NOW!
