Does anyone have suggestions for making a hermetic seal on a seam between thin aluminum sheets? What would be the thinnest possible sheet that can be joined? Epoxy is not an option. I do have laser welding equipment?
The Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process (GTAW or TIG) is a good choice for weld aluminium alloys in any thickness. Look and study information about this process.
