Increase of Manganese with reduction of Carbon.... for example SA-105  the carbon Max is 0.35 the MTR states the carbon is .33, now SA-105 the Manganese range is .60-1.05 and the MTR has Manganese @ 1.09.
With the above information am I correct by saying that the Manganese max will now be  1.17 and meets the requirements
If this is not correct please clarify

General note for each reduction of .01% below the specified carbon max (.35%), an increase of .06% Manganese above the specified max (1.05%) will be permitted up to a maximum of 1.35%

Dont't have an A105 in front of me but yes, thats the way I read it too.
