i saw a TIG welding schedule with argon gas and
CHAMBER: BUBBLE
anyone can explain to me what a bubble chamber is and its objective?
thanks.
(definitely, that bubble chamber is not the one tracking sub-atomic particles.)

Keeps all atmosphere away from weld area.
Most of these collect dust in the corner of shops.
99% of welds done in these things can be accomplished with special GTAW trailing shields.
