I might need to create a new wps with the pqr for a API 5l x 70 using mig and stick and mig innershield uphill and downhill. I haven't work too much with this kind of procedure so I don't have too much knowledge about this. The reason for me posting this is because I need some advises to create a new wps or just buy a new one but I don't know where.

I have been writing Mig and Stick WPS's forthe last 9 weeks. these kind of WPS are just like tig. You realy need a welder to prove the parmeter.
. I have some 1104 19th WOS's for X70
