Does anyone have any information of the Fracture Critical Costs vs. Non-Fracture Critical Costs, or maybe somewhere I can look to get my information?

You need to be more specific - differences in which costs are you asking about?  (Keep in mind that estimating information is considered by most companies to be proprietary and you might not get much of a response.)

Since you are asking the question, some might surmise that your company has not performed FC work in conformance with AASHTO/AWS D1.5 Section 12.

As you read and study Section 12, you will begin to recognize some of the many associated costs of FC performance.

One cost that should never be overlooked is the risk associated with performing FC work.

you should spell out Fracture critical, some might do a search for FC and come up with the farm code! :)
