I am running an S4 ABB Robot that seems to have an attitude lately.  I have an error that I can't clear.  The TPU says " Run Chain Status Fault" " Two Channel Status Conflict" "Two Channel Status Timeout"  The table has spun halfway around and stopped and I can't seem to get it to respond.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Reboot the software, override the default program, re - enter the program parameters the way it was intended, and try again is all I could come up with. ;)

Respectfully,

Relay sticking, malfunctioning safety component, or totally shot relay for the safety circuit.  Cycle power, if that does not get it, check the light screens or floor mats for proper function.  If still having problems, check the auto stop led's in the right rear of the upper cabinet attached to the right side.  You should see two led's for each half of the circuit.  If you only have 1, it's not going to function.  Try to locate the two relays that control the safety circuit and test/ replace.
