looking for pipline welding inspection

You want a long term pipeline welding inspection job?
That is a contradiction. Pipeline welding inspection jobs last a long as the welding. Then you are looking for another job. You can make a career as a pipeline welding inspector, but the jobs come and go.
These jobs require a lot of experience and a lot of the pipeline pimps require you to have a CWI.

There is only one shift on a pipeline. 7:00 to 5:30 and Friday is payday

Tie ins until 2am (5 hours before you need to go to the safety meeting in the yard and you still have an hour to drive yet) is still considered one shift.
