Here's a nice little reel I made for my torch line out of some scrap steel & a Seco fire hose reel. It doesn't have the flow thru fittings, but I just roll it out & connect the pony hose to the regulators. Works good & is a good economical solution to roll up your torch hose. I painted it blue to kinda represent a Cox style reel :-) Haha. Anyone else come up with some pics of something they made for rolling up their torch lines, I would love to see it. S.W.
pretty slick lookin fella, cheap, easy, and it works perfect
Thanks, Tex. It used to have extension cord on it, but I never used it. This fit the bill perfect & it didn't cost about nuthin'. :-) S.W.
Yeah I never use extension cord roll ups, they are easier to roll up by hand.
Sure are. I have two on those plastic reel/roll up frames. Half the hassle & store well. Much less trouble than big reel systems. I'm going to put a post up about rig equipment here soon, to get an idea what the other guys are using on their rigs. S.W.
Junk iron guys or pipeliners : )?
Oh, we are most certainly Junk Iron! :-) S.W.
