Hello Everyone,
  I am just curious as to the style of visual inspection forms some people use. I know that forms can vary from really basic to very intricate.

I thought that there was a VT sample form in D1.1 but can not find it.

Anyways, I am just looking around for differant forms that may be utilized in differant situations. By this I mean that I would not want to use a very intricate for for a low level inspection that would only require a basic for, and would not want a basic form for a high end inspection.

Also I do not want to spend thousands of dollars on some of the programs available. I am just looking for basic excel type forms.

  I sent you an e-mail. Thanks for your offer. I am just looking to broaden my knowledge of the many differant ways to document visual inspection. As we all know there are many differant levels of inspection as well as many differant needs from a documentational standpoint.
