I'm guessing this is a fill station in Dallas that went up. Hundreds of tanks exploded and a few became missles. Watch close at 4:40, you can see a tank become a missle right before a car comes cruising down the road. I tell ya what, there sure are a lot of idiots out there that risked their lives to get to where they were going on time that day. Yea it all started innocently enough with Longarc's "Prank" thread and some WD-40 on 7018's and THIS is where it wound up.

i was right around the corner when all got started.saw damn near the whole thing live and in person.unbelievable.it shot cylinders into the side of reunion arena about 2500ft away.right through the brick and glass.it looked like it was raining bottles

Crazy, yeah those idiots driving by are NUTS!!! I won't be forwarding this to my mom :) But maybe to my cousin who was quite the pyro with me when we were little (and who suggested welding to me), who would've known it would inspire me to do productive things later in life, and not be scared of the fire.
