Good day & Night
Could any of you gentelmen please check my query and see if you could help:
After NDT (X-Raying!) inspection of one of our Steam Condensate coolers a patch of corrosion 32X58 mm2 was discovered and now I have dicided to use the Weld Metal Deposition technic to repair the corrosion. DP&DT of the tank are 15bar g & 150 Deg.C, shell of the cooler is CS ASTM A516 Gr.60, ad has lost a bit of WT also, NOW, what kind of filler material (Rods, Electrodes !) would be the most suitable and similar to the Shell Material of the SC Cooler or does anybody know of any Codes or spesifications covering this type of repair?, any help would be greatly appreciated.Thnx.
