Radiographic Interpreter Feedback Needed

Hello everyone,
AWS is gathering information for their redesigned RI brochure. If you can send feedback about your RI certification, please help by writing a sentence or two. I received my RI certs. this year, and was greatly impressed with the Training. Ken Corlley was excellent!!! I would however have liked to see the study material be a little harder. I took the 3 test in 3 1/2 hours instead of 7hrs. There could have been discussion & time spent on UG, film selection, & film sensitivity. Terry Vititoe Cert # 0807006N

I am not an RI but I am curious, wondering if it has acceptance in industry? Naturally in the USA, most employers look for ASNT Certs... again, just curious?

There is growing acceptance with the CRI from AWS. I work for a company that designs & Mfg. Turbine engine hardware. I have to on a regular basis critique ASNT level III's from vendors. The RI cert. affords me level of credibility, that is beyond what most companies have.
