I'm a welding engineer working in UAE the company which I work not give any technical support because there is no welding or QC manager instead of it working in the field of oil and gas ,and I have 1 year experience only and we working by AWS D1.1 , I have too much questions in my mind because I see too much mistakes happen in the fabricating ad welding foe example all WPS is prequalified and nO procedure to check , o procedure to repair weld, fake reports maked to the client , I can't change my position before 2 yrs ,I was trapped in this company and I still in the first step of my life I need to gain experience so I hope there was volunteers to help me and answer my questions , I hope any one want to help me to send email to me or write his email so I can contact him and give him my question ,I will appreciate this too much .
